1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Dealers-Two-Dealers.com (“Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. This Platform is intended exclusively for licensed automotive dealers.
2. Eligibility
To use this Platform, you must be a legally licensed automotive dealer in your jurisdiction, provide accurate business and licensing information, and maintain compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
3. Description of Service
Dealers-Two-Dealers.com provides a platform that allows dealers to list vehicles for sale, browse inventory from other dealers, and connect with other licensed dealers. We do not facilitate or process payments, act as a broker, agent, or dealer, or provide financing.
4. Subscription and Payment
Use of the Platform requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are $40/month per business, with unlimited locations included. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
